HOLIDAY BAZAAR

The Indiana Deaf Children Foundation cordially invites you to its annual Holiday Bazaar. Bring your friends and family to do some holiday shopping. Enjoy wading through handmade crafts, baked delights, and specialties not found anyplace else.

OPEN TO SPONSORSHIP

We are very excited to invite you to partner with the Indiana Deaf Children’s Foundation at the annual Holiday Bazaar, which happens on the first Saturday of December every year.

This is an annual tradition held at the Indiana School for the Deaf to raise funds for IDCF and have fun doing it! There will be many vendors and artisans selling their homemade goods and art to usher in that winter cheer and joy for the season!

Our goal for this fundraiser is $5,000! Please consider partnering with us to meet our goal.

Bronze Sponsor: cost is $50 (cost for vendors with single table)

  • This level of sponsor will get their logo displayed on a projector during the entire event.

​

Silver Sponsor: cost is $75 (cost for vendors with two tables)

  • This level of sponsor will get the Bronze level benefit and have a spotlight about your business on social media.

​

Gold Sponsor: $150

  • This level of sponsor will get the Bronze and Silver benefits as well as promotional distributions such as e-newsletter, ISDTV, and sharing on multiple platforms on social media.

​

All money raised through this event, sponsors, and vendor registrations will go directly to the Indiana Deaf Children Foundation.

VENDOR INFORMATION:

​

  • The doors will open at 8:00 a.m. to set-up and we will open at 10:00 a.m. for the public. The event will be at KRC (Kratzenberg Recreational Center) at the Indiana School for the Deaf.

  • Food cannot be cooked inside KRC. Food must come in with the food prepped and ready to serve. Crockpots are allow.

  • Our booths are measured approximately 8 feet long. Please bring your own table cover. 

  • If you need electricity, please bring your own extension cord and power surge. There is an additional fee for electricity use of $25.

Booth - $60 for one table - $85 for two tables. Last day to reserve your spot is 11:59 p.m., Friday, November 8, 2024

The majority of our shoppers are Deaf and Hard of Hearing. If you are not an ASL user, please consider requesting an interpreter. One will be provided for you during the event at no charge.
