Holiday Bazaar Vendor Application
Please read the ground rules, acknowledge them, and complete the form below.

Vendors can come and set up the booth between 9:00 am and 10:00 am on the day of Holiday Bazaar.

Doors open at 10:00 a.m. and closes at 4:00 p.m.

Vendors clean up their area after 4:00 p.m.

Two chairs will be provided.

For electricity, bring your own power surge and extension cords.

We do not provide table covers.

Please have your payment ready when you sign up.
Do not fill out the form if you do not have a payment ready.
We will no longer invoice those who sign up.
