CONNECTING FUNDS and RESOURCES FOR THE INDIANA SCHOOL FOR THE DEAF

Holiday Bazaar Vendor Application

Please read the ground rules, acknowledge them, and complete the form below.

  • Vendors can come and set up the booth between 9:00 am and 10:00 am on the day of Holiday Bazaar. 

  • Doors open at 11:00 a.m. and closes at 5:00 p.m.

  • Vendors clean up their area after 5:00 p.m.

  • Two chairs will be provided.

  • For electricity, bring your own power surge and extension cords. 

  • We do not provide table covers.​
