Booth Reservation
Please read the ground rules, acknowledge them, and complete the form below.

Vendors can come and set up the booth between 9:00 am and 10:00 am on the day of PTCO Day.

Doors open at 11:00 a.m. and closes at 5:00 p.m.

Vendors clean up their area after 5:00 p.m.

Two chairs will be provided.

PTCO Day will open rain or shine, including outside vendors.

For electricity, bring your own power surge and extension cords.

We do not provide table covers.

Join Us as a Volunteer for PTCO Day!
To ensure the success of the event, we need a lot of volunteers. Volunteers play a crucial role in making our event a successful one! Proficiency in ASL is preferred, but if you are a new signer and still learning, please comment in the notes. Please sign up for your preferred time slots below, and you will be assigned a location to supervise. Each time slot has a two-hour shift, and you are more than welcome to select more than two time slots. If you have any questions, please contact Matt Krueger at mkrueger@isd.k12.in.us. Your support and participation are greatly appreciated! Let's make PTCO Day a memorable experience for everyone involved! The schedule will be shared as soon as it is finalized.
PTCO DAY
Join us for PTCO Day, an annual event held on the first Sunday of May at the Indiana School for the Deaf. This fun-filled family event welcomes everyone to participate in exciting activities, enjoy delicious food, and support our Deaf and Hard of Hearing community. Don't miss out on a day of entertainment and community spirit!
