CONNECTING FUNDS and RESOURCES FOR THE INDIANA SCHOOL FOR THE DEAF

PTCO Day Vendor Application

Please read the ground rules, acknowledge them, and complete the form below.

  • Vendors can come and set up the booth between 9:00 am and 10:00 am on the day of PTCO Day. 

  • Doors open at 11:00 a.m. and closes at 5:00 p.m.

  • Vendors clean up their area after 5:00 p.m.

  • Two chairs will be provided. 

  • PTCO Day will open rain or shine, including outside vendors. 

  • For electricity, bring your own power surge and extension cords. 

  • We do not provide table covers.​

  1. Indoor Booth - $150

    • Includes 1 table - up to 2 chairs

    • Suitable for non-food vendors

  2. Indoor Corner Booth (Limited to 8 spaces) - $250

    • Includes up to 2 tables - up to 4 chairs

    • Suitable for non-food vendors

  3. Outdoor Booth (Including Food Trucks) - $250

    • Includes up to 3 tables - up to 4 chairs

    • All food sales must reserve an outdoor booth
